?雙手從外側抓住腳跟或腳刀 讓習慣往地板沈重⠀\
?想著伸展後大腿 臀部⠀\
?吸氣延伸脊椎 吐氣再讓大腿更靠近地板⠀\

? 這個動作可以停留久一點,享受深呼吸與地心引力的幫助 #放鬆修復 ⠀\

Also known as the happy baby, this pose stretches the inner groin and lower back while calming the mind. ⠀\
I love to do this as a cool down to finish practice. It’s simple, effective, helps your recover and literally makes you feel somehow carefree and happy like a baby ☺️⠀\

How?⠀\
? Lay with the back flat on the floor, thinking “navel to spine”⠀\
? Grab feet or heels from the outside, sink the knees towards the floor ⠀\
? Think about stretching thighs & buttocks⠀\
? Inhale extend the spine, exhale brings thighs towards floor⠀\
⠀\
? This is more of a recovery pose, feel free to stay longer, enjoy the deep breathing and gravity to get you deeper into the stretch ? ⠀\
